      im working this company last 9 month, not giving me confirmation letter or presurrise me to give resign, this is very bad

      not good hr policies, not helping anyone, without any reason company take any action against you, this company not for good working employees, this is only for those gueys which is only growth with buttering

      Nothing, Company works on Lala Culture, Feels like you are working in some shop.

      Cons

      Lala ki dukaan, I have made worst mistake of my life by joining this lala ki dukaan. Beware from Golcha Associated Group... They will ruin your life, they want MNC employee, in their Lala ki Dukaan. I have joined this Shop after leaving French MNC , just because i have to shift Jaipur, but they ruined my 6 months. I can't even show experience from this lala ki dukaan
