The management of the Language Department is catastrophic currently. Teaching staff has been laid off with no prior notice and no discussion, with just a sudden mail. The BSO is incompetent, making glaring errors constantly and unapologetically. He has no team management skills, has minimal interaction with his team, nor does he care for the wellbeing of his teaching team, leaving the team highly demotivated. Toxic work atmosphere. People in leadership roles have no experience or training in people management and have the most atrocious unempathetic way of going about things.
