1. Pathetic management having no value of their employees & working conditions. 2. Listens to only one side of the story from clients & always takes actions detrimental to employees. 3. No form of redressal system, mgmt avoids any complaints made by employees related to working conditions & harassment at workplace. 4. Absolutely unprofessional way of working by the management. 5. No Diversity at all! Has 95% employees from the same community.
