      - Best work environment I have ever experienced. - Unlimited vacation policy is a great benefit. - Always innovating. - Strong focus on self-improvement. - The book reading reimbursement program is amazing for those who love reading. - Remote working is genuinely supported, not just a lure for new candidates. - Always good surprises

      Cons

      On-call rotation is required, which can be demanding. However, this is necessary due to the critical nature of the platform's operations.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
