Pros
I've worked at LogMeIn for 3 years now. We're making money, having fun, and loving life in Boston's hippest part of town (Fort Point). I enjoy the fact that I'm offered feedback readily, know where I stand, and have a clear sense for what I need to do in order to get promoted. The work we do is meaningful and challenging, and I've grown professionally in my time here. Recruiters reach out to me all the time based on the strength of LogMeIn's brand and work.
Cons
Every high growth company has paint points. Ours feel like champagne-pain-points. EX: "How do we continue to growth at 25%" is a better problem than "what 25% of staff should we cut" We could do a better job of internal communication from Execs and also offer a bit more reward and recognition for lower level employees. That said, I've worked at other tech companies that pale in comparison to LogMeIn, and am really happy to be a part of this team.
