Pros

A great $300 million/year Company, but struggling in many aspects with the rapid organic and inorganic growth of the Organization. Pros: - Good Pay, benefits and office perks (gym, basketball court, etc). Monthly Happy Hours. - Bill is a great CEO. He is visible, accessible and has tremendous passion for the Company. His quarterly Manager calls and All Hands meetings are informative and transparent about where the business is and the challenges it faces. He is present at Happy Hour’s and other social events all while engaging with the employees - a quality other Executives at the Company should mimic. Attendance at these events should be encouraged from the top as it provides a way for employees to collaborate and network with their peers. - Special events at the Company are well done with little expense spared - Holiday parties, Summer Outings, Bring your Child to Work Day, etc.

Cons

Cons: - Career development - Dialogue with Managers around career growth is non-existent. If you aren't helping people develop and grow then you shouldn't be in Management. This needs to be a non-negotiable competency for promotion to a Manager role. LinkedIn learning is available but to be done on your own accord and outside of work hours. - Performance Feedback - feedback, either positive or negative, is not provided (even when asked for) for what appears to be an inability of Managers to effectively communicate with their direct reports. Feedback needs to be a two way street. No Manager should be above asking how they can improve from their team. Annual Performance evaluations are a check the box activity and not a way to inspire and develop the employee base. As one of the core values of the Company this is an area that is significantly lacking and is a frequent reason for talented employees are leaving the Company. - Female Leadership Presence - of the VP’s of higher at the Company I’d be willing to bet that less than 10% are female. There are some areas of organization where that number is less than 5%. There are too many smart and talented females here that are not being pushed in to leadership positions. This talent has, and will continue to, leave for other opportunities.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
