Worst place to work - Anonymous employee GoTo Employee Review

One of the most political environments I've ever been in and I've been in some really bad ones. If you aren't a part of the "inner circle", you have no shot at advancement. Management treats employees terribly. No feedback on your job performance. No communication about how you're doing or what value your contributions have. The CEO and CTO run the company top-down and rather capriciously. Unstable, dysfunctional organization.
