I’m afraid things like accurate timekeeping and salary based on practical experience are part and parcel of working life. Many graduates start as interns for little or no pay, a practice GoLocalise doesn’t engage in. In terms of pay, GoLocalise is in line with other postproduction agencies. However, as is general practice, such information is never discussed by any form on the Internet. The holiday allowance is standard for the UK as is closure over the winter holiday period. Furthermore, employees are rewarded with an additional day per year of service with the business (up to 25 days, excluding bank holidays). It should also be mentioned that these terms were made fully aware to you when the position was offered. We do agree that two months’ notice is too long for junior members of staff. This is something that we are currently rectifying. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our office is a dog-friendly one, which you were made aware of during your interview.
