Pros
I really enjoy being a part of the team at GoDo. The founder/CEO has a heart of gold and has an authenticity to his passion to help tour operators succeed at achieving their goals. It's infectious. Everyone works together to really thrill the clients and our clients' customers. (we are a b2b2c company). There's quite a diverse mix of talent in the group, including several people who used to work for Zerve (one of the early pioneers in booking platforms for tours and activities), the founder - who also owns/operates his own successful multi-city walking tour operation, to technologists who are current on the latest tech & practices in the industry. Yet everyone works toward that goal of helping the clients' achieve their definition of success.
Cons
We are a mix of remote folks and those based in the New Orleans area, so we don't get a chance to work side-by-side as often as I'd like. We're starting to leverage virtual meeting technologies more to build even deeper bonds.
