Pros
Great training. Especially having moved on to a bigger multi-national, you realise how beneficial the one to one training benefits us as sales people. The tools you will learn here, regardless of what you do in the future, will hold you in excellent stead. Superb tools. Once again, I didn't realise how spoilt I was there with the systems. Everything is extremely streamlined. Not a spreadsheet in sight! Very positive support from the top down. There's also an opportunity to influence the company, regardless of your position. If you have a logical suggestion, it will never be dismissed. The product. It's the best of it's kind in the World, hands down. it really blows the other products out of the water and is improving rapidly.
Cons
The only issue with how good the systems are, is that it spoils you for other companies. That's hardly a con though. This would be a personal thing. I felt like it was quite a 'politically correct' office. It's not typical for a Dublin office and it reduces the overall banter, I feel. I felt humour was expected to be squeaky clean, which for me, is just not funny. All in all, this was not very important of course.
