You get to work closely with a great CEO and COO who are passionate about their company and give a great deal of their time to their team. In addition, they listen to your concern and greatly value your thoughts and opinions. Employees here are very nice and the culture is not rigid like a corporate structure.

As a start-up, there are some limitations, such as budgeting for advertisement campaigns. But this is just a minor impediment. You work with what you're given with and this can be turned into a good thing.
