flexibility. work from home. free snack.

Cons

training is not adequate although they say ask if you can but senior staff can be busy, you are expected to hit the ground running. Management still figuring out the knowledge base. staff turnover miserable because of dismissal

Pros

Everyone is really kind and helpful. People stay for the company culture.

Cons

Absolutely no upward mobility. No promotions or raises. The company is in a tough spot financially. It's very sellable but customer retention and growth is a major problem and no one has the answers to solve for it.
