Pros
There is nothing good about the place
Cons
Learning from my reporting manager and the founders – watching complete disorganization be confidently labeled as leadership was an unforgettable experience. It genuinely taught me how not to run a company.
Learning experience of how my specific function works – the best takeaway was understanding how poor planning, constant firefighting, and lack of direction can actively slow down growth.
Division of tasks – work was dumped efficiently and frequently, usually without clarity, timelines, or logic, ensuring maximum confusion and stress for everyone involved.
There was little to no actual guidance, but observing consistent mismanagement did provide a strong lesson in what ineffective leadership looks like.
