Pros

Great comradery on every sales floor I worked on, lower level management and other sales staff typically very helpful and friendly

Cons

Long hours, pay slashed 3 times in 3 years, aggressive new management under Jason Smith and Phil Abram that are willing to cut long tenured staff over a couple months of mediocre performance.

Fixed commission pay ($500) before tax per car

Cons

More than 60 hours per week demanded . You won’t get paid for the hours , incase you don’t make th sales target you get paid the minimum wage. Be nice to manager and buy them food and drinks on a regular basis, to get favour. Else you end up costing dealership on your day off to deliver cars. No woo life balance at all if you a sales person, however Upper management works their friezes hours (most of the time ). Extremely low job security ( could get fire the day after doing well in sales the previous month for no reason.
