With it being a 1099 commission only career, there is no cap on how much money you can make. The office environment is uplifting and encouraging with everyone working together to see each other succeed. Knowing for certain that you are doing something to help employees out. An employee facing an untimely death or illness generally does not have the extra money to take care of these needs.
