Cons
Favoritism towards certain individuals who the CEO places too much trust in. Inept leadership from the too down, bad decision making from senior leadership, poor preparation for business presentation. Owners are older and lost their passion placing the company in the hands of new leadership who are not proven or committed. How can you begin preparations for one of the biggest new business presentations just days before and expect the client to hand you their business with a laughable at best presentation.
