Worse place ever - Anonymous employee GlobalWireless Employee Review

There is nothing pros for this company.

If you want to work in a very very stressful place, where your manager yells at you, than this is the place.

If you're lucky you might get to work with niche technology but that's it.

I'm writing this post because I don't want anyone to go through what my co-workers and I went through here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. GWT has been around for a while, but I don't believe they have ever had a successful product. Business is run with minimal cost and with no quality. You'll be under-paid here and would be called in to work on weekends and will not be paid overtime. You're also expected to work long hours on weekdays without being paid. There were also many instances where management lie to you on your face. This is family run business and everyone in the management is related and have no idea how to run a company. Many an instance employees including myself was not paid for months and eventually was laid off. Many employees had visa issues and had to eventually return back to their home country. This wasn't the case with 1 employee, but to many and it's a repeated pattern over the years. They usually hire freshers and international students on OPT/CPT because, the poor student's don't really know the labor/immigration rules and freshers usually are willing to work for low wages to get experience; both of which gets taken advantage of.
