Big Investments in Product, Marketing, Sales Tools and Sales Training. Product - Management is committed to improving the product by listening to sales and making acquisitions to fill gaps. I joined the company because GD had a successful record of doing this. Marketing - I have closed deals from leads that marketing generated. This helps me hit my sales targets. Sales Tools - Tools like Gong have improved my virtual sales presentations skills and allowed me send recorded clips of demo highlights to prospects who could not attend the first demo. Sales Training - it is combination of presentations, self paced virtual training and shadowing. I found this combination was a good balance.
Cons
Ramp up period can be a bit overwhelming and has some inconsistencies across different Business Units.
