Pros
-Products are good on the surface level (they look good/have a user-friendly UI)
Cons
- The products are all publicly sourced research and materials. 99% secondary, public data and maybe 1% primary, proprietary research - Misleading clients, and unethical business practices, especially on renewals - Horrible pay, and no career progression at all. Management doesn't even offer pay increase YoY. You have to fight tooth and nail for it. - No sales tools, at all. This is not hyperbole. They make you pay for your own LinkedIn Sales Navigator... - CRM system is a complete and utter mess. Makes it very hard to get things done, and they dont let you edit the CRM. You need to get approvals and make Lead changes through a separate team, making it a huge headache and taking forever. - No autonomy. High micro-management, especially if under performing - Huge company, constantly talking about growth and profits, yet they don't even have money for the bare necessities. That being said, the CEO (mike danson) always has time and money to spend on his Yacht! - Old Boys Club in sales. Antiquated practices that aren't evolving - No one hits Quota, but the business is constantly showing growth year over year. Quota is unattainable on purpose so they don't pay out commissions. - Bad benefits. Horrible employee retention rate
