Pros
Great, impactful work with/for government clients. The management is hands-off enough to enable employees to manage programs, deliver products to clients, and grow as individuals and teams - but present and available enough to provide guidance when sought/needed. Outstanding teamwork within the company. GSE is growing, but has continued to maintain high standards so all employees are experienced, intelligent, work well individually and in teams, and care about the products. Excellent working environment.
Cons
Not so much a con, but employees must be able to balance multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and maintain high quality output for all.
