Large international corporate, still small in each country. Partnerships with some strong retail brands. Multiproduct gives good exposure. Good office location.
Cons
Company sales are hugely dependent on external international factors, but they don't seem to invest in the company products, Staff have huge workload on average, and Staff are not replaced when someone leaves, across IT for example, so workload increases further to other departments, which results in clients leaving the company, because staff are unable to support them fully in any department. Priority goes to budgeting and happy to leave clients suffering, just relying on sales guys to cover up and deal with it. As a result, couple of people leave and followed by almost 50 percent of staff leave their positions every year. Bonuses have been slashed for years now apparently...
