Pros
Full autonomy because huge mess for a lot of things. Although they just hire juniors and are cheap on salaries, they expect people to do everything in a project, from commercial tasks, to coding, to assessing future revenues and push internally in the holding company to get budget for the very projects they said was defined before they hired their employees... More than a start up, you are basically self employed and pressured to justify you own position internally from day one.
Cons
No training at all (if some people have time at the end of their day, they can be nice and explain). Low salaries, no structure, no hr management. They ask employees to advance all professional expenses, going up to thousands of dollars sometimes they take months to reimburse with bad will. Very bad atmosphere within the company, very low level of team spirit. High turnover, nobody wants to stay which increase the messy aspect of it all.
