Not many cons, and nothing that isn't typical in other work places.

Have a wonderful, award-winning product series. Company employs brilliant technology folks.

Started as family-owned business and has perpetuated culture of "favorites." Senior management micromanages like no other company I have ever seen. If you are not senior management or in the technology department you "don't count" and are certainly not respected.
