Pros
- Strong talent roster - Passionate people who truly care about one and other - Positive working environment and team culture - Promote from within mentality - Pioneers in digital management
Cons
- Workload is at times unevenly spread - Processes need work i.e. access to support services like HR - People tend to stay for a very long time (which is good and bad!) so new ideas/knowledge can be difficult to bring into the business
