Day-to-day is not bad. Generally, staff are nice and good staff discount
Cons
Head office treat you horribly. They give you no credit/positive reinforcement for the work you do and nit-pick and what you didn't do. Pay is pretty bad too. It really depends on who your branch manager is whether you get treated well or not
