Pros
the girls there were really nice. they trained me well. the job became super easy once I found my feet a bit. the employee discount was really nice and they had a good system for shifts and all of that.
Cons
i experienced bullying from another coworker at Glassons and due to the lack of HR, I had to go to the manager and she made everything worse. we also had an incident with a man jerking off in the change rooms and overall being a threat to the staff and customers and there was no support around it even after asking for additional support following the incidents. it was a constant cycle of managers as well. each one would only stay in the position for a couple of months then they would leave. although I never became a manager or ASM, I have heard plenty of stories of higher management treating the store managers poorly. if your store is doing well in terms of sales, the staff and management will be treated well and if it's not doing well, they could not care less about you. the pay wasn't that great as well.
