Pros
Benefits package, 401k match is excellent. Ability to purchase a weeks vacation.
Cons
Management doesn't listen. You can complain on the same issue for weeks or months before anything gets done about it. Forget about moving up unless you are one of the chosen ones. Jobs are posted even though they already know who they are giving it to, it doesn't matter if your qualifications are the same or better. They take care of their buddies.
