      Great company purpose, awesome benefits & etc.

      Cons

      Losing it's identity + culture. (infused resources, process & people from Microsoft are blurring / muddying the culture)

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
