The worst experience of my life - Director Girl Effect Employee Review

I didn’t feel very stretched at Girl Effect intellectually. The concept is great but the executive team have no idea how to achieve it. The CEO is in her early 30s and lacks credibility as she has less experience than many of the staff she governs, comes across as immature with an annoying giggling laugh and is never in the office - working remotely in Nairobi. She doesn’t command respect and the remaining staff are leaving in their droves with resignations weekly. The executive team are nothing more than an insular cliche oblivious to the organisation falling apart around them.
