- Lightweight, kanban process has been replaced by Agile Scrum - Engineers were previously trusted to work on a project, now daily status updates are expected with multiple weekly status meetings on top of the Agile Scrum ceremonies - Artificial deadlines created and enforced despite pushback from engineers
