Relatively understanding management, personal attitude, spells out work policies clearly. They are willing to negotiate with your needs regarding salary or hours, though it is a bit of a process. Online time keeping is a plus, though they don't really care what's on it, unless it's less then expected hours.
Cons
Not always organized on work needs or requirements, pay is low for industry unless you negotiate with them. Resistant to change archaic methodologies even when the benefit is clear and the need is great. There is a lot of soft pressure to stretch yourself too thin, requiring you to take a hard line with them. Tend to keep you compartmentalized, limiting personal growth.
