Gibson Insurance is employee owned. That matters in practice, not just in language. Decisions are made by people who carry real equity, real accountability, and a long-term view of the business. The culture attracts motivated adults. People are trusted to think, build, and execute without layers of unnecessary oversight. Performance is valued over politics. Output matters more than optics. - Great culture and fun workplace - Nice office space - Great opportunities in terms of pay and benefits

Cons

- Didn't get to be involved as much since we had no license as interns - At times miscommunication about expectations for interns and sometimes a loose organization structure in terms of intern program
