flexible work hours and remote work for most that don't need to be in the office.
Cons
The company ideals are great, however, the worst enemy this company has is a host of unqualified high-level managers that hijack the agenda to fit their own personal one. They are unqualified and will work hard to destroy anyone who can see that. HR is complicit and its higher managers use the same workbook. If you work too hard or are driven by excellency this is not a place for you!
