Pros
- You'll get to work with great software and at a nice desk with some decent hardware.
Cons
- I was an hourly employee. I was told that I wouldn't be paid for overtime. Before my contract was over, they said that they were upset because I went home at 5 PM, while everyone worked late. They subtly implied that they wanted me to work without being paid for it.
- I asked for feedback on one of my projects, then was told that they would check my project later. After asking several times, they never looked at them. Then when I came in after the weekend, I was scolded for not having them look at my project.
- General cursing, anger, and negativity directed towards me for a job that really isn't that big of a deal. People's lives aren't at risk here, we're working on artificial images on computers. Unprofessional and uncalled for. There were better ways to handle conflict.
- There's a very "in" feel here. Since the others were already there for years, it felt distant. They were not very welcoming.
