Incompetent leadership with no qualifications for said position, absolute lack of equipment for both riders and pickers or in a horrible shape. People are getting fired with no warnings when they call in sick without even a situation review, The leadership see us as peasants even if most of us are immigrants who still are trying to absorb the language even if said immigrants know 3+ languages and are grossly overqualified and some of our resumes would make some of the CO's resumes look like the cleaning lady in comparison. If you are not part of their posse, and you dare request a salary increase or even looking for a well earned promotion you will be stonewalled instantly with unfair warnings until they get rid of you, as they dont wish growth, they want a quick cash out for the CEO and his buddies. Also they change the bonus "scheme" only when the hiring cycle begins again, no one gets paid said bonus, and even if they do (which happened only once for our warehouse), its 5-6 months later. Disgraceful...stay away from this company like its the Black Plague.
