Very poor management - Project Manager Getinge Employee Review

Very poor management with very little information about what is going on in the organisation. Very R&D driven company. Nothing else matters. Not quality, not production, not supplier management, not cost saving etc. There are no demands put on employees so people can get away with doing little to nothing and still get paid every month.
