Pros

Some good people and you can get some skincare samples

Cons

I was hired onto a team of 5 other SDRs that were sold the vision of career development and growing with the company. Fast forward 3 months later, most of us were made redundant, because the team "scaled too quickly". However, only 2 months after "scaling too quickly", I noticed they are hiring for multiple sales roles. How is it that in such a short time frame there are magically resources to grow the sales team again? Clearly this does not align with the company value of "honesty". In GetHarley, you are either a favourite or you are out. Only a select few are given the opportunity to actually progress. Note how most employees have either been there since early days or for less than a year. Sales management has no idea how to actually run a sales org, besides the head of sdr who they also let go. They behave like bullies and completely unprofessional. Targets would be increased half way through the month and commission wasn't happily paid out to say the least. The targets were nearly un-achievable and arbitrary, it felt as if they would just make up numbers without checking any data. One individual in particular was very passive aggressive and would even message coworkers about you behind your back, making you feel very uncomfortable in the office. Also very disorganised. For example, there was once an event I was told I'm not meant to go to, then the morning of this person is messaging and calling me asking if I am coming. GetHarley is very good at PR. The positive comments on here seem as if they were written in ChatGBT. I urge you to consider before taking a role here.

Pros

1. You’re given real ownership from early on. It’s not a place where you sit back as you’re expected to think commercially and act like a real owner of your book 2. Strong exposure to the bigger picture. Sales isn’t siloed, so you understand product, operations, and strategy more than you might in a larger company 3. Leadership is quite accessible. You’re close to decision-making and can raise ideas or concerns directly. 4. When the team is aligned, it feels collaborative and low-ego. Wins feel meaningful because you know how much work goes into them. I have left due to relocation rather than dissatisfaction. It’s not always easy, but the experience stays with you. I learned a lot during my time here especially about accountability and operating in a high-expectation environment

Cons

1. The pace can be intense, particularly during periods of change. At times, priorities shift while expectations remain high. Internal communication is crucial 2. Here is not an environment for someone who prefers very fixed structure or predictability It requires a certain mindset - you need to be comfortable with intensity, ownership, and change. I’ve seen people join expecting a more “chill” sales role and struggle because that’s just not the reality here.

Pros

The company has grown very quickly which creates lots of opportunities to learn, stretch and take on meaningful responsibility early. If you’re motivated by ownership and impact, there’s plenty of room to grow here. The leadership team is approachable and receptive to feedback. Following a recent restructure, there’s been a noticeable step change in transparency and communication, which has helped rebuild clarity and trust. Regular weekly updates and clearer leadership messaging have made it easier to understand priorities and direction, particularly after a period of uncertainty. The culture remains collaborative, with supportive teammates who are willing to step in and help when things are moving fast.

Cons

The recent restructure had a real impact on morale and created uncertainty across the business. While the changes were positioned as necessary, they were difficult and understandably unsettling for many people. As a fast-scaling company, priorities have shifted at times and some processes are still evolving. The pace is fast and won’t be for everyone - it’s best suited to people who enjoy a dynamic environment and can adapt as things change.
