Honestly, this is one of the best organizations I have ever worked with/for.

There actually is transparency between employees and their boss, something very hard to come by these days. Everyone has the ability to work on what they want, as long as they maintain their core responsibilities. There is plenty of room for professional development and employees are encouraged to try new tasks and projects. Co-workers are understanding and supportive. It is a small team so teamwork is necessary!

While there are pros of small teams there are certainly cons. You won't like every project you work on and sometimes you have to work late, but again it is an understanding environment. Things continue to change and improve as the company grows!
