Interview
My interview with the CEO was a major component to help determine whether I was a strong candidate for their leading edge Executive and Career Coach Training Program that took place over a 4 month period. Their Program leads to a prized Certification with the International Coach Federation.
GetFive sent a followup email to my online application submission requesting a phone interview. During the interview, interviewer did not have any questions of substance but did give a brief overview of the company and role. As a former experienced recruiter I tried to give the interview some substance and perspective with respect to my qualifications for the position. I was told that my extensive experience and work style looked like an excellent fit for the position and that next steps would be that I would interview with two specifically named individuals. A couple of days later I received a form letter stating 'Due to the high quality of applicants, and the limited number of positions we have available, we can afford to select only the candidates who best match our specific requirements'.

Interview
The interview process at this company was flawless. It was timely, professional & well-structured. The two women interviewing me were genuinely interested in my past professional history and discussing how it could lend itself to the position I was interviewing for. Throughout the whole process, I felt that Linsey (employee handling my application process) was transparent & respectful of my timeline. I first had a phone screening & then completed a test analysis project. After I submitted the project, I was called in for a first round interview with 2 employees at the company. Once they decided they wanted to move forward, I was quickly called back in to meet with the CEO. This whole process took only a little over a week and I was very impressed with how it was handled.
