      Pros

      Sad to say I cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      HR Team are not friendly, polite, professional. The ones that were have left the business themselves. I don’t agree with Get Set being a Mindful Employer where they support with mental health and wellbeing issues - they are the reason why people in that business have mental health issues. Employees are just a number to management. Disgusting high staff turnover - no one lasts there more than 6 months. Culture across the business is so toxic and poor.

      Pros

      There is a wide variety of food places within a 5 minute walk of the office, making for excellent lunch breaks. The high turnover of staff means that you are always getting to know new people and possibly make new friends due to your shared experience at Get Set UK!

      Cons

      There is an extremely high staff turnover, which increased pressure on remaining staff and provided an inconsistent service to customers as most would not have a consistent employment advisor for more than 6 months. Poor communication from management is an issue, particularly during periods of change and insufficient support during staff shortages subsequently leads to increased workload and unnecessary stress for staff. Management are inconsistent in their practice and there is a severe lack of clear guidance as they seem to be making it up as they go along! There is little to no consideration for employee wellbeing, particularly during periods of sickness or mental health difficulties.
