      Weekly pay, good health insurance.

      Cons

      Unhealthy environment. Negative management. No perks, bonuses, incentive. Nada. More rules and B.S. every six months. Hardly any raises.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
