      Pros

      All the overtime you want because everyone has left and they can't keep anyone there.

      Cons

      Management does what they want. There are no rules. Preaches safety until it interfere's with production. Then safety goes out the door. The incentive program is garbage. Use to be a good place to work, then the Brazilians got greedy

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
