      The company is large enough to provide a stable job

      Cons

      Low pay, no increases, poor benefits, no work life balance, management overburdens capable employees in order to avoid working & they constantly adjust the bonus structure in order to avoid paying employees for their efforts.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
