Pros
Excellent benefits, not limited to: generous PTO, decent medical/dental/vision insurance, employer-matched 401k, incentive programs to earn extra money... The environment is mostly friendly, it's a large group of people in close quarters, so you'll get your occasional clash of personalities (if you keep your nose out of these issues, it's really no problem). Very impressive on-boarding program! 10 weeks paid training- an excellent experience.
Cons
It doesn't matter if you're in sales or service- you're in sales. The targets seem reasonable on the surface (in service), but if you get out of the habit of asking people if they're interested in discussing additional coverage at the end of EVERY call you will not meet your targets. If you don't meet your targets, you will have an increasingly unhappy manager, and you might eventually be fired- even if you're exceeding expectations in every other metric they have. The fringe benefits are great, but the wages could be higher based on the amount of mental stress the job puts people through.
