Pros
None at all. Benefits are okay. There is minimal work life balance. Employee resource groups are good ways to network and meet people. Coworkers are friendly and nice. Corporate office is decent, with a gym and cafeteria.
Cons
None at all. Employer does not value diversity of opinions, ideas or ways of work working. Workforce is older, and slow to change. Millenials are cast aside and not given a voice. Minorities are marginalized, and it feels like the South from the 1960's. Culture is very formal, and staff only interact with direct managers, not those higher up. Workers are supposed to be in the office all day, keep their head down, do the work, and "punch out." Telecommuting or flexible work formats are not offered nor encouraged. training opportunities are very minimal.
