Pros
I've worked at Georgette for over two years now and there are many things that stand out. 1) The team/culture. From the beginning it was evident that there is a lot of value placed on community, inclusion and team work. A very supportive group and just as supportive of a culture. 2) Opportunities. As a member of the sales team, this industry has endless opportunities. With uncapped commission as part of my pay package, the earning potential here is tremendous . 3) Company values. Georgette, in part through our carbon neutral initiative and our focus on educating our consumers, puts much effort towards leaving a positive impact and doing business in a civilized way. This continues to grow within the company, and on the environmental side of things, there have been initiatives started recently that are aimed towards internal accountability and education. I'm very much looking forward to seeing where this goes. Overall, I would highly recommend Georgette to any folks new to sales or looking for a change from their current sales position.
Cons
We are still a small team with a bit of a start up feel. While this has many perks (see above) the flip side is that we are all sometimes required to wear multiple hats. Again, if you are here for this type of culture than this is the place for you! But if you are looking for rigid functioning and a strict corporate structure this may not be a great fit.
