Disorganized, Stressful Workplace with Unmet Promises - Sales Engineer George T. Hall Employee Review

This employee spontaneously walked out in the midst of a negative performance review meeting after only 60 days of employment. Given they accepted the compensation offer in writing and their commission commitments were documented as 90 day milestones, I am not sure how these can be considered "unmet promises". In regards to our work environment, construction on nearby parcels has led to some occasional issues with insects and lizards but we have weekly cleanings as well as regular inspection services to ensure the cleanliness of our building. We take great pride in our office space. This employee displayed erratic and often disruptive behaviors that were not a fit with our organization, our team, or our core values of accountability, integrity, and teamwork. We hope their next position is a better fit with their character and skillset.
