I joined the team in the Polish branch at an early stage of its operation and I have observed the way it operates and is managed throughout the changes and growth. Of course, as in any company, the experience will depend on the people who are present in it, with whom you cooperate and with whom you work, but here I have noticed that the company pays attention to who you join the team. The effect of this is that in this company the surroundings and work environment is full of committed, flexible and reasonable but also empathetic people, which makes the conditions very comfortable and the company's goals focused on results and not methods of action. For people who value their decision-making even in lower positions, this is a good place, because it gives space for independence and satisfaction from your own work, and at the same time you are surrounded by people you can turn to for support or advice.
