Work/Life Balance is very well thought out here. The management are encouraging and supportive of their staff. Every voice is heard and appreciated, even if the ideas aren't used, they are still encouraged to be shared. For our industry, the science is incredibly high integrity and well respected.

GeoMark is a small company and that can lead to wearing many hats. The lines can be a little blurred between positions, but as long as you have a jump in and get it done attitude and aren't offended by doing work not in your job description, you'll love it here!

Work/life balance is exceptional. You're not expected to work after business hours or on weekends (most people never do, with a handful of exceptions that seem to work all the time). The bosses try really hard to be good at their jobs.

The internal teams compete against, fight, and gossip about each other. It used to be one team fighting to beat the competition, but now they just want to beat each other instead. Talking to management about it does not resolve anything- it actually makes it worse.
