Pros
I have been at Gentrack for almost a year. People are great and I've been learning a lot. The company is fast paced and profitable, with a sense that the work we do does matter for many people across the world. Senior devs are open minded and very supportive of efforts to improve the way the company operates.
Cons
There is room for improvement in our processes. But this is also an opportunity for our developers to get some great experience. Things are improving very fast and it's quite an exciting space.
